Privacy Policy
Last updated October 18, 2026
The short version: this website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking. We collect personal information only when you choose to send it to us.
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how Forrest Robinson, PLLC (“Forrest Robinson,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the website at cpafr.com (the “Site”). The firm is based in Coral Springs, Florida.
2. Information we collect
Information you send us
If you contact us by email, telephone, or the form on this Site (which opens your own email client), we receive the information you choose to include — your name, email address, telephone number, and the contents of your message and any attachments. We use this information to respond, to evaluate a potential engagement, and to keep a record of the correspondence.
Information collected automatically
The Site is a set of static files served by GitHub Pages. We do not set cookies and do not run analytics or tracking scripts. All fonts, images, scripts, and stylesheets are served from this domain. Like most hosting providers, GitHub may collect standard server logs. We do not have access to analytics derived from those logs. GitHub’s handling of that information is described in GitHub’s privacy statement.
3. How we use information
We use information you send us to communicate with you, to consider the matter you wrote about, to meet professional and legal obligations (including those that apply to certified public accountants), and to protect our rights. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. How we share information
We may share information with service providers who help us operate (for example, our email provider), with professional advisers, or as required by law. Information you send in anticipation of an engagement may become part of a client file and is then handled under our professional standards and, where applicable, an engagement letter. We may also share information in connection with a reorganization or sale of the practice.
5. Retention
We keep correspondence and, where an engagement exists, workpapers for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including the retention periods that apply to CPA firms, and as required by law.
6. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you have sent us by emailing info@cpafr.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, including the Florida Information Protection Act and, if you are a California resident, the CCPA. We will honor requests as required by law. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
7. Third-party sites
The Site links to third-party websites, including Google Maps and FR Financial Advisors. Their privacy practices are their own.
8. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
9. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable measures to protect information you send us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Do not email Social Security numbers or complete tax documents to a general inquiry address unless we have asked you to use a channel we have designated for that purpose.
10. Professional disclaimer
Nothing on the Site is tax, legal, investment, or accounting advice, and nothing on the Site creates a client relationship. A client relationship with Forrest Robinson, PLLC begins only with a signed engagement. FR Financial Advisors, LLC is a separate registered investment adviser.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
